If I’m unable to answer your questions right away, here are some frequently asked questions!
“How do I book a session with you?”
• Just email or message us with the type of session you’re interested in, how many people will be attending that session and send us your email for invoicing and follow up emails.
“What if I need to cancel my session?”
• Cancellations MUST be 48 hours PRIOR to your session date for the deposit to be transferred to a new session date. If the session is canceled the day or day before your session, your deposit will not be transferred.
“Can I reserve a day/time & pay next week?”
• Unfortunately you cannot. I require a $100 deposit to hold a date/time.
“Can I bring my dog to my session?”
• ABSOLUTELY!! I encourage all clients to bring your animals just give us a heads up before hand.
“Can I bring some of my own items to my shoot?”
• YES! I highly encourage you to bring items you’d like captured in your photos with you. Especially senior sessions, bring your caps & gowns or items that reflect you as a person and what you have been involved in and out of school.
“I’m going to split the payment with someone else, can I do that?”
• You definitely can! Just make sure to send me both your email and the other persons email for invoicing purposes. Your session is not booked and secured until the deposit is received.
“Do you offer hair & makeup services?”
• We do not offer these services but we do have artists we work with and can refer you to!
Additional Information:
• Deposits are NON Refundable.
• If you are 10-30 minutes late to a session that time will be deducted from your session time. If you are 30+ minutes late to a session, your session will be canceled and a refund will NOT be issued. You have a set time for your session please schedule travel time accordingly.
• Session re-schedules are only available if the session was canceled due to weather or an act of God.
• During the editing process, I do not make physical changes to clients. So please do not expect that.
• Clients are responsible for Southern Belle Photography’s travel expenses if booking an out of state session {lodging + travel fee – flight or gas} Those expenses will be added to your session cost, and are NOT refundable under any condition.
• Invoices must be paid within 12 hours or they will be canceled.
